Join us for an eclectic bill of writers, readers, musicians, singers, and everything else. The Symposium's goal and premise is to highlight and curate a space for portland artist's to showcase their work. Specifically in a low pressure environment and to facilitate community engagement and collaboration.

Scott Jeffries and John Nyen perform together in the country rock band Stars of Cascadia. A prolific songwriter, Scott has penned the bulk of the songs on the band's three albums while releasing three additional records under his own name in recent years. John plays fiddle in Stars of Cascadia and has started honing his own songwriting skills over the past two years, currently recording his first solo album, produced by Scott. Join them as they swap songs and stories in an intimate acoustic performance.
